Scrypt for a game for the World Cup 2018 in Russia

We are looking for a freelancer to create a game script for the World Cup in Russia. The game will be simple - there must be a login system for all players, each of which will have access to a list of matches. Everyone has to enter a forecast for the exact result of the matches, the top scorer of the tournament, the semi-finalists and the finalists. After each round of the championship we will add the new games. The evaluation will be done manually, only the points calculation will be automatic. There must also be an option to display the ranking of the participants. The deadline is until Sunday, June 10, 2018. Once a result has been entered, the participant should not be allowed to change it. The match list will also be entered manually. In general, everyone logged in must have access to a single page with a few fields in which they can write - against the match marking the result according to him. No special design is required, but it should still be arranged at least as a table.
