Hello, we have started using Zendesk. But we don t know all the possibilieties of zendesk. we need a freelancer to help us set up zendesk. The freelancer should tell us all possibilities what we could do with zendesk. So we could work professinal with zendesk and use all possbilty features. We are using zendesk at the momement in german language but I think it s no problem to change the language to english. Please tell me why you are the right person for this job ?
