small pbx setup

Project Description I need to setup small calling card business with 3 sip trunk providers So that all outgoing calls should use those sip trunks.(LCR option or premium route option) And the called should billed by a2billing. Things needed to get done [] Install A2biling in rented dedicated server ([login to view URL] - Best Value) [] Setup 2 sample/test DID with 2 different DID providers with billing options (monthly ,per min either 1 or both) [] Setup 3 SIP Trunks (different providers like callcentric etc) [] Create 6 Rate cards , create 2 sample Package offers, offering free minutes and calls to certain destinations [] Setup Skype connect to connect PBX via pin authenticate.. So the customer able to dial given Skype contact and authenticate pin then make calls. (3 Rates card will be applied) > Generate 500 pins for Skype connect [] Create 500 sip accounts for soft phone connection. It should be pin less authenticate. Customer able to dial define country local phone number and billed. [] G729 codec setup [] Security implementing to server. [] Basic training (maximum 1 hr) how to operate ,add more cards and basic trouble shooting. I'm looking for long term relationship. Near future I'll add more servers to my business. So there will be required more technical support. I need to run my server without any troubles as there are no failover server. So looking for expert to get it done.
