DOG Hi. Mostly Out of memory issue on linux are because sompe process is using extensivily the memory system so, using complex algoritms the system "kill" process running according cpu uses, memory uses and other components. I think that you need to identify what process is ussing the whole memory . I can help you without problem identifiying the process using whole memory Open to questions

I have several years experience with Linux hosts both at home, at work and with VPS' for project work. I'm happy to give you a hand troubleshooting this issue and figuring our why your server is having issues running low on memory. It's likely an errant process or your application. Time permitting, I'm happy to try and provide a fix or just advice and a writeup of my findings.
