my budget is rs 600, and what i need is this:- a simplest webpage containing 1) 2 input fields 2) START, STOP button when the START button is pressed, a program on the server will run(probably php script would be required using system calls) with command line arguments like this $ google-chrome input1 input2 and when the STOP button is pressed, that program needs to be stopped that's it this is all simple work if you are familiar with system calls in php
