Website design (modified)

I built a website ([login to view URL]) with my current knowledge and of course now it has many bugs, and i'm not satisfied about it, so I need a new design for the website, except the home page , my previous project was not properly descriped so people kept asking for extra money after, so I edited all again and created a new project all communication should be through this website only, any private email which will come to me on my website email, will be automatically blocked 1- home page should same exactly, the bug in this page that when i resize it or open it on my mobile, it show different result and the hyperlink on the wood stick is moving as well and it's not fixed on the words properly 2- the header in the remaining page can remain there, no problem, but i'll send you the full menu list 3 -do more creative design for the inside page , i'm opened for ideas, as you see it's about magic art and handmade creative stuff 4- website should work perfectly on mobile phone, tablet and PC. 5- easy subscribe message should be available in the home page loading with an option to skip if already subcribe, and add subscribe link in contact us page 6- pages backgrounds need to be changed, and it should be included in the header as well, not header with white background and page with different background 7- admin login to allow me to add/delete photos to the all galaries in my website, without having to go inside the code to change it 8- database with all subscribers and ability to send emails to all of them at once 9- menu will be on top , like a tree menu , but in first page will remain same on the wood stick 10- shopping cart to be design but hidden from website, and I should be able to activate it later from my admin account and add/remove item from it. 11- no copyright or extra links should be there 12- will send you also a list of keywords to be added all pages 13- also requires one pop up message to like our facebook page and instagram you can test the website on ur own server, once approved, all files should be sent to me to upload it in my own server myself so i can do proceed
