I have a simple HTML form which has only one field, "email" When this form is submitted, you need to send an email using the sendgrid API and update details in one table and update the email address for the wordpress user. I need you to create this on your local machine and then send the PHP page to me to install. To find the table row in the database, you will need to get the wordpress user ID and match that with parent_details.wp_id in the provided database. You can use the same method to update the wordpress email address.
