I have the woocommerce subscription plugin installed on my Wordpress site. When subscribers want to cancel their active subscription, they just click the "Cancel" button from their account. I want to add in an extra step before the subscription cancels, i.e. 'Are you sure you want to cancel We can offer you 10% off your next order?" If they click to accept the 10% discount it needs to then give them 10% off their next renewal. And also a box stating the reason "Reason for cancelling?" All "reasons" need to be added to a list somewhere that can be viewed. I am unable to give access to my cPanel and wp-admin due to GDPR, you can send me code to add, files, TeamViewer, whatever you want but I won't be granting any access Similar to this plugin however I've not tried it and it's not been updated in a while [login to view URL]
