WordPress Plugin

The WordPress plugin is called Headline Helper. The purpose of the plugin is to generate a list of 20 headlines using a keyword input by the user. From this list of 20 headlines,1 headline selected by the user will be used as the title for a blog post and for the H1 headline in the blog post. Another 3 different headlines will be used as H2 headlines in the blog post. General flow: - User downloads WordPress plugin - User installs plugin on WordPress site - The user activates plugin with a license key. I do not know how the license situation works - I need you to suggest a solution. The license key needs to be delivered by email automatically using an autoresponder. Once the user has the plugin and it is activated, then the user uses the plugin as follows: - the user opens a blank post - the user decides on a topic - example – weight loss - user clicks on Headline Helper on the left menu list of the WordPress panel to open up the plugin interface - a window pane opens - the user types in the keyword (for example the user types in weight loss) - then 20 suggested headlines are listed in text boxes. The suggested headlines are drawn from a text file that I will be providing you. - the user clicks on the headline closest to what they want - plugin inserts the selected title into title bar - plugin inserts the selected title as H1 of post - plugin inserts next title in the list as a variation of title as first H2 of post - plugin inserts next next variation of title as second H2 of post - plugin inserts next next next variation of title as third H2 of post If the user does not like the suggestions and clicks refresh then the process is to generate another 20 suggestions different from the last 20 suggestions. The process then continues with inserting the headline as described above. This continues until the user exits the screen. The screen mock-up is attached. The proposed process flow is attached. My Budget is a maximum of $150 and I would like fast delivery including preliminary testing. My target final date is January 3rd, 2018 so preference will be given to immediately available programmers. I would like to retain copyright of the source code of the completed plugin.
