Hi, if you know Wordpress, the plugin contact form 7 and php , then this one should be pretty straight forward for you. Here's exactly what we need: Contact form 7 plugin additional modification 1) Add a signature box to a form (via contact-form-7-signature-addon plugin) 2) Then when user hits submit on the contact form it turns the whole form into a jpg (or pdf but jpg is preferred) and then emails the form (as normal) IMPORTANT NOTES: *** It should be presented as a plugin that we can upload and shouldn't interefere or destroy/ruin modify anything else on the site. ***It should NOT communicate to any 3rd party website/server etc. It has to work within the wordpress installation only.
