I would like to hire a Graphic Designer -- 2

Hey! I'm Karthik Mullapudi. I'm currently in my senior year of high school in India and am pursuing the International Baccalaureate Diploma. Come May '17, I will have three months to complete an application that I'm working on that will allow independent gym owners to monitor their gym's daily attendance and performance through their smartphones. Though I took this project up to kill time, I realised that this will be a good opportunity to make some money and pay for college (I'm applying for CS to the US). I've searched for all available domain names in GoDaddy and registered company names with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India. Thankfully, one of my top choices, "Spartiatis", which, in Greek, means Spartan, was available. I have already bought the .in domain name and am currently negotiating with the owner of the .com domain. I thought while I work on finishing my final IB assignments and prepare for my boards, I can get everything ready to register my company, trademark and logo so that it's ready in time for my holidays. I'm hoping that you could help me design a logo and a brief graphic introduction that leads to it. I was picturing a standing Spartan soldier with the cloak shaped as a "S", but other ideas are welcome. Given my employment status (high school student) and that I will not receive my first payment and until I deliver the application to my client (the owner of the gym that I've attended for two years now), I'm a little tight on budget. I am, however, willing to pay more depending on how well it turns. I'd really appreciate it if the initial design could come in starting April '17 so that the final product can be finished by July-August '17. Thanks a lot for volunteering to help me out!
