Hello, I've been a systems engineer for the last 16 years and have dealt with my fair share of "outsiders" trying to access parts of my systems when they are not allowed to. I'd need more information on your project to see exactly what you need, but I assume it's access through HTTP/HTTPS (port 80), and you need to restrict bots from abusing your system. There's a number of ways we can do that, either in code, or through the server (presumably Apache?). Or maybe it's a totally different system you're using and it's not HTTP traffic at all, then I'd need to see what you're using and how we can block the behavior you are concerned about.
