Zoplay customize script for mobile application

I am looking for someone with an experience with the script from Zoplay. I will get the handy for all script but need tome improvement to meet my requirements. I will get both Android and iOS Here is a summary : 1) Incorporate real-time geolocalization for users 2) Add in the tasker profile the spoken languages and oblige the tasker to provide an ID copy, criminal record and a copy of Utility bill. The picture for the tasker should also be compulsory during the account creation. 3) In the tasker in the experience, tasker must have a possibility to import or take a picture of their skills such as a diploma, a work certificate or any other document proving the tasker has experience. 4) Remove the minimum rate as the tasker should have the right to indicate whatever he wants to charge. In doing such if the tasker is coming for very little time the price will not be impacted by the minimum amount and will get calculated with the exact time spent. 5) In the payment solutions is it possible to remove the cash solution and only get a credit card. 6) Incorporate our payment gateway in the application. 7) Add in the chat the functon to send picture and/or video? 8) Add french language as only the default language available 9) Add a search function by key word I would need to get a rough budget for performing all the tasks and the timeframe needed to complete the amendment in the script.
