560470 Talented Project manager for Handling several projects

Ok, first project manager hire. Now position open for hiring second project manager. This one is preferably someone who is rock-star in designing. I have several website projects which STUCK because I am not able to follow up in time with the freelancers. There are also some more projects for which I have to hire some freelancers. So, I would like to hire someone who can work on full time on this. The job requirements are - a) Quality test some on the already completed sites. Documents the problems and follow up with freelancer to get the project finished. Most of the times I will explain what points you need to check. you test them and make a document of problem list, communicate with freelancer and get them done. b) Prepare the project requirement documentation for new projects. I will tell you the project requirements over phone/skype. I will give you some reference sites. You need to prepare the project specs. Based on it,I will hire freelancers for these projects. You need to work on daily basis following up the development of the projects. These freelancers will give daily/once in 2 days report and updates. You need to check the updates if they are actually working or not. And then give feedback to freelancers abt it and make the project move forward and completed. I WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN TALK OVER SKYPE AND DISCUSS EVERYTHING TWICE OR MORE EVERYDAY. Only reason I have to hire a person to follow up with freelancers existing projects is because I don't have the time to go over all the points, make a document on it (taking snapshots where ever required and then email them to freelancer). I don't want to send 10s of email every day to communicate the requirements to you. I will call you on skype, tell you these are the points you need to take care of. You will document them, write them clearly and communicate and get them done with the freelancers. I would like to see how you are working with for first 2 weeks. And then if you are working well, I will hire you on monthly basis. Project ongoing are - 2 Investment company sites work Project to start working on are - 2 Software company website 1 Brokerage company website 1 Investment/MLM company website I anticipate 6-8 hours of work per day (some times no work, sometimes 10 hours of work in a day). Salary would be $150 to $180 per week. I will hire for 1-2 weeks first and if I am happy with you, I will hire you further for 1 month. I get lot of projects and urgently need a person who is diligent and works best. if you can work sincerely and take off work load on my shoulders, I would definitely like to hire you for long term and of course at higher salary. If you live in India, you can work full time from my office as well.
