Analyse BMP files using python. The files have a area of a grey rectangle that should only be included in the analysis. All other areas can be disregarded. Within the grey rectangle only dark spots should be counted. Analysis needs to show a heatmap of the dark spots within the rectangle as well as the total amount of spots found. The code takes as input a folder and analyses all found BMP files within that folder. the heatmap and the amount found are outputs of the code. The heatmap can be its own file. Example pictures have the following amount of dark spots: picture 1: 1 picture 2: 3 picture 3: 1 ( the one on the edge of the grey rectangle can be ignored) Thus the total should be 5.
