We need somebody who can build a redistributable REST-API in Flask / Python which follows proper code standards. Main goal is to provide an API to an existing Software with a Microsoft SQL Database. As also other people use this software in medium-term time range this Project will be made OpenSource. We mainly need help in setting the whole project up with proper structure, for the beginning of code and for the more complex stuff (f.ex. Auth) - but if everything works to our satisfaction this could be a longterm job. You need to: - be able to create a proper project structure - documenting python code (include Swagger) - have experience in Flask / Python - think for yourself / create creative solutions for uncommon problems For the beginning (and thats what's this project about) we'll want to do just one Module / Endpoint which is based on about 7 - 8 MS SQL tables and some basic Authentication. We'll tell you how the final JSON has to look and provide you with the source SQL tables.
