Horse Race Results prediction Model - Indian Races (machine learning algorithms)

Hi, I am Sourabh Jain, I will use ANN with back propagation for race prediction. You can provide me data from 2007 to 2016 as you mentioned, I will use it to train and then test/predict. Hello, I have vast experience in software development. I have large experience in machine learning. Among many other things, I have used machine learning to predict patterns in semi-random events like stock price movements. Though individually unpredictable, algorithms can be used to increase the odds of success, and hence give net profit. I develop good quality and efficient software. I worked in python and other languages. Thank you.

I intend to develop this model using R where I already have some handy functions and routines to conduct this kind of project. I assume you have the necessary historical data regarding the subject. Deliverables are: final model object (R file necessary to run predictions on new data); performance model analysis (html file by RMarkdown) and predictions (.csv file)

I have an idea to use the data to generate features and run an advanced version of logistic regression. I use a similar algorithm with my basketball betting, so it does work.
