Python code to write transform files from XML to CSV

The goal of this project is to write a python code to convert a database from several XML files to one CSV file. Other languages are accepted as long as I can run those on my server. Raw Dataset Description: The raw dataset is separated into several zip archives. Each archive contains one xml filed named "[login to view URL]". Attached I send a sample with 100. The full dataset that needs to be converted to CSV contains more than 40K zip folders. Task Description: Each xml file should be a line into the final CSV file. The name of each variable should contain the name of all trees that variable is in on the xml file. For instance, variable "NOME-COMPLETO" of the CSV file should become "curriculo-vitae/dados-gerais/NOME-COMPLETO". For the variables that repeat themselves, just add a number to each one's name. Final Dataset Description: On the final dataset, each line should be information from a different xml file and each column should be a variable extracted from the xml file. Given that variables change from file to file, several entries are going to be empty.
