Python programmer needed (API/SCRAPING/PYTHON/EXCEL) (Test required)

I have a regular supply of small-medium jobs i need doing. I am looking for someone careful and reliable to work with me on these. And to help fixup some past project i am having quality control issue with. If you are interested, then please do this test job: PLEASE NOTE: This is a trial job I already know the results of this exercise, this is just a test to see how you deliver. And if you will be suitable to be hired for my next tasks. Also note: That even though its possible to do this task without Python, The paid jobs will require the use of Python. So unless you know Python, please do not apply. Your test job is to compare the 2 attached datasets and tell me if they are the same or not. And if not - then what are the differences. I want the results told to me in plain English. IE "BCA dataset has 5 blank rows that are absent from the IAM document" OR "BCA has listed 5 goals for the 12/1/2010 Brescio/Roma Italian league game. And "IAM has "2 goals" Listed on that game" Please note that the documents may have different date and league formats. Just ignore these differences. Also please note that the order of the data between document might not be the same. But ALL data within Matching rows should be the same. This task should take 5-45 minutes.
