Python script to run on AWS Lambda load remote HTML using Requests

I am building an application in Python to run on AWS Lambda. I am new to Python, but 10+ years programming in PHP. I need someone to help me build the "building blocks" that I need to make this application. Things like: - get a record from SNS queue - send record to SNS queue - select records from RDS database (MySQL) - update records in RDS database - save file to S3 - get file from S3 - delete file in S3 - get file contents from remote URL (eg, [login to view URL]) using Requests - parse HTML and find desired elements (see this PHP library for the functionality I need: [login to view URL] ) - regex search for a match within a string I'd like to create a function for each of those tasks, so that in the future I can call the function to execute the task. I estimate 4 hours work to set up those tasks. $40 sounds right. Cheers! Unity
