Raspberry Pi Simple PhotoBooth With Pi Cam Module 2.0

I have worked on the many times before, right now im working on a number plate reader using the pi and the Pi camera, So my experience with the pi is suited for this project ( atleast thats what i think). And could you explain your project a bit more, would you have the pi connected to a display and want a program running on it that works like a photo-booth taking photos at mouse click or any trigger.
