Project Language : Python Interface : As per requirement either Web based or Desktop Database : SQL The Interface can be simple to understand with two types of users and Admin(You) and a Student I suggest a web based interface where in you can insert your dictionary and also assign the test to the specified student or a group of students(needs to be specified and discussed) The project complexity may increase or decrease as per your requirements but i estimate 10 days should be ample. The bid includes everything from development to testing. If its a web based project i will also help you out in setting it up and ill be using flask as the server and bootstrap as frontend. If its a desktop project i will be using a PyQt Interface
