I have a 2D image of a character and need this to be converted to 3D model and then have 3D animation of the character. I will be providing a basic VOiceover script based on which the animation will simply move the lips or not move the lips at speaking pauses etc. It’s a cartoon character so lips movement need not be precise but still needs movement and pauses based on the sample VO. I’ll be adding this 3D animation of character inside a video so will need the output file from you in that format that can be used. Please bid only if you can deliver in 2 days max.
