Build me a 3D Model of Apartment Floor Plans

I am looking for someone to help create 3D modeled floor plans for our apartments. There are 6 total floorplans needed to be created. The floorplans will be in 4k resolution (4096 x 2160px) and will be provided in both png and jpg formats. We will need the final 3D renderings when you are completed. The orientation of the camera and the unit design should look something like the pictures provided. Notice that the baseboard and doors are wood, the wood flooring continues throughout the living room with carpet in the bedrooms, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, and granite countertops in the bathroom. Also notice the detail throughout the rooms, colored bedsheets, clothes in the closets, and stuff on the tables. I have attached the 6 architectural drawings for the floorplans that we need created. The final drafts need to look identical to the architectural drawings. Meaning the measurements shown in the drawings should match the 3D model. The walls should be the right dimensions, some walls are 5 ½ inches and others are 3 ½ inches. All the items should be proportional. Follow the size and dimensions exactly to the architectural drawings and we shouldn’t have any problems.
