Hello, i can make a head model based on your sketch. I am 15 years experienced 3d artist. I am expert on 3ds max. I am not familiar with blender but it is ok to make suitable to it. Probably hairing system will not suit both 3ds max and blender. But i can make hairing in blender too if necessary.
