Interior Visualisation of a New Cafe

We require a freelancer to complete accurate 3-4 interior visuals for a new cafe/deli we are building. We had previously worked with a designer/modeller a couple of months ago but he is now uncontactable so we need to start from scratch. Examples of previous work are shown below. We need this space recreating from AUTOCAD technical drawing which we have, then the finishing details such as floor coverings, wall colours, sales counter, shelving lighting etc need to be added. These visuals will help us make a decision on key questions such as Which table and chairs do we buy the proportions of the counter design of the shelving. We have also included screenshots of a car we really like and we would like to create the same shelving layout using the same material which will be behind the counter. We also really like the black industrial lights. We need this work completed in 1 week.
