experienced SALES person/manager/consultant to check my sales strategy on my real estate project

Hello, Thank you for your time to read my job description. I am sales and marketing manager from 7 months on a real estate project in Romania, Cluj-Napoca. We are building 74 houses in a rezidential comunity named Panorama Gardens Residence. I need a very experienced and professional person in sales who can check my sales strategy and guide me on the right path to accomplish sales. We have done the infrastructure construction (water, electricity, etc) and in maximum one month we will start building first 6 houses. We will build around 6 houses on 2 months. The comunity is 7 km from the city Cluj Napoca and around our comunity are some very big companies like: Bosch, Emerson, Ikea, etc. My strategy is to sell on this companies (to their workers) and then to sell to other peoples from Cluj-Napoca.
