Sell something for me

Hello, I am looking for someone who can find people who need a website or software application or SEO services or any IT related tasks for their small business or hobbies. You can find people by phoning them up and/or visiting small businesses. I am looking for someone long term who can find new customers properly. I am a web developer plus software developer and will be working alongside that person - they find the customers and I develop the code. Even if you want to code, no issue but we will have share of 20-50% for each project depending on size of project you bring. It's very easy to phone up small businesses in the yellow pages if you can see they do not have a website. If you are interested please inquire as I am ready to start working immediately.
