video website design

Here is my vision/plan of the website... [login to view URL] I want to have a youtube layout with the same options.... videos being watched right now... promoted videos.. featured videos.. create an account... have your channel.. comments... add to favorite.. people can upload there own videos every video can be rated 1-11... the numbers will come to me if possible if not i will just pick one at the end of the month with a testimonial of the winner to post for everyone to see with the chosen/winning video... (i will be paying out the $500 for the first few months just to see if it helps with the traffic and getting more people to hear about the site) I will upload my videos and try to do a new one everyday of me paying people to do something funny for money... I wonder if i can link or have a link to [login to view URL] on my site saying something like watch other hilarious videos at youtube.com.... to some what make it look like a branch off of youtube.... i would need add space for other sites to do with money... how to save money sites... how to make money.... etc...
