Simple IVR "Hello World" application via Freeswitch (Asterisk variant)

Simple Outbound IVR application * We are seeking a "hello world" or "very very simple" telephony application on an outbound IVR platform via Freeswitch which is a newer/better variant of asterisk * The basic "call" application is to call a given US phone number and extension at a given time, and play an audio file (mp3 preferred, or wav, or ?), based on a db entry. The call could be of up to two hours in length. (We are calling people for an audio course ... long story but there's a reason that simply web/inbound playback doesn't work for this.) * The basic "ivr" application is also very simple, and should be on the same platorm. We have a sequence of audio files [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and again the system looks at a db entry and based on that makes an outbound call at a given time to a given phone #/exetension, and play the first audio file ([login to view URL]). Then when the customer types "#" they advance to hearing the next mp3 ([login to view URL]), and if they don't touch anything we play call-2 when call-1 finishes. (So, the # is like a fast forward button on the playlist.) We should be able to build more intricate IVR trees on the platform, but that's all we need for this "hello world" IVR application. * One option is to keep the list of "which phone number/extension, which time, which mp3" in a mysql db (with some potential cron entries). We don't need an application interface for the mysql/cron -- we can get to those directly or put a web app on it. (If there's an application interface already built for the schedule we can also use that.) * Monthly cost and per-minute should be minimized. I'm assuming an ISP with SIP gateway can be had for <$25/mo plus .01-.02/min.
