Part-time Social Media Strategist/Marketing Specialist wanted

This is a developing enterprise and I need someone with whom I can form a collaborative relationship, eventually extending to profit sharing and decision making within the businesses. My initial budget is small and I will pay either a small salary or hourly, as agreed, but I hope to develop a ‘partner’ type relationship where we jointly decide areas of focus (within my interest areas, see below), action plans and deadlines. To accomplish this, you need to be capable of managing and developing differing social media content, (including my written material, photography, op/ed pieces etc); submitting articles for publishing in a variety of media channels; creating plans to generate income from my websites and affiliate links; producing suitable promotional material, (including intros, bio’s, publicity content and guidance on self- presentation) for both me and my businesses, all whilst maintaining my ‘voice’ and ‘presence’. NOTE: I am not looking for an editor or a writer.......I am searching for a true developer and contributor to my vision. I already have ideas for ‘monetizing’ the business, viz: Ads and affiliate links; merchandise based on my photography, (including calendars, t-shirts, other promo articles). Your role will be to build on this and together grow the business. In addition, I am planning to use my farm to grow produce which will be offered for sale locally – flavoured vinegars, jams, chutneys other preserves. I was a licensed marriage, child, and family therapist (LMFT) in Northern California for near 40 years. In 2000 I founded and ran a counseling agency to treat child victims of crime and abuse until 2018. During that time we received over one million in federal grants. I was the sole grant writer. We also served other populations and had various local contacts. I've worked with a few thousand people in my career from ages 3 to 85, from all walks of lives and with many different issues. I loved my work and now from that experience and my own life observations I have much to say and perspectives to share. Eventually I'd like to do a podcast. In 2018 I moved to Italy with my dog and cat and bought a small olive farm. I have three areas of interest. We would focus on these at different times as we, together, determine the best schedule. Initial Job tasks - I send you blogs, articles, and photographs and you post them where they should go. - Manage the webpage, including all that involves. - Monetize the blogs/website and share your ideas on how to accomplish this goal. - Add a product section to the blogs or web pages. - Submit my articles to be published in various venues like [login to view URL], news sites. - Quick proofread. I know it's a long shot to build a successful, money making online presence. But when the long shots hit they are the ones that make the most and shine the brightest. The web pages have been developed (someone needs to take over). I'm a prolific writer, problem solver, and creative thinker (with a good touch of ADHD) and I need help getting all that out there. I believe your job is as important as mine and why I am happy to profit share if we can grow to that point!
