Create InstallShield Express 32-bit / 64-bit Versions

I have an existing InstallShield Express project. For Windows, one of the environment variables I use is [ProgramFiles]/java/bin. On 64-bit machines, it resolves to the Program Files (x86) directory. That is not where Java is installed. I understand that I have to tell InstallShield that it is operating in 64-bit mode. But, I cannot see where to do it. Is this function not available in the Express version? I will pay $10 for help with this.
