Hi i have an ASR system ready which works on MFCC may be it can help you out with your requirement. and i can deliver it to your right away. in case you dont need MFCC i can still find a solution for that.. let me know if you are interested.

Hello, I have the same app running on an AWS server, it doesn't do speech recognition but an image recognition to detect electronic parts used by students in a lab. 1. Kaldi ASR will be installed after installing Apache on the AWS server. 2. There are already built models for US English which are better than any freelancer can do, as the capacity of the model is mostly related to the dataset and the larger the community of a model that you can find on Github the better it is. 3/4. 3 and 4 are basically the same step because we actually never create a model from scratch we retrain existing models, creating a model from scratch will probably give bad results due to the lack of data in the dataset.
