Build Me a Timed Print Script or Batch

I need to have a script or batch command written to print a document at a specific time every 5 days. This will be used on a windows 7 or windows 10 PC. The document will always be the same (attached). The reasone for this utility is to keep my older wide format printer, Epson Sylus Pro 9600 from drying out the printhead. The machine does not have an automatic cleaning cycle.
