I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed around comparing copies of a sql database. Seems I have SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2 (as seen in my server folders). I perform a backup daily and keep it for each day. The database is now over 12gigs. I want to have an application that can allow the loading of differing dates of a backup and compare the two copies to look for “differences” between the databases. I need to be able to specify a data range to run the discrepancy and to have the application show the date, transaction number and both values ($) where there are discrepancies. The information in the database is confidential so I can’t send a copy of the database but can open it with help and share any pertinent parameters that you may need to allow you to set it up for testing.
