I am a university professor. I have two legacy Fortran programs, one of which (QM) makes a questionnaire on a laptop/desktop computer and a second (ED) which administers the questionnaire. I would like these two programs ported to the web so the questionnaires can be created and administered on the web. The Fortran code was compiled last in 2008. I don’t care if the same code is used or the programs are rewritten in a different language. Ideally, the new program would be easily to use and update in the future; other programming languages other than Fortran would be welcomed and accepted. Please see attached document ("instructions") for more details on what the outlook should be like. Also attached are the two files of QM and ED. Feel free to reach out with additional questions.
