Joystick Macros

Hi! I need to be able to use a joystick in a program at work. So none of the macro programs for joysticks/gamepads I`ve tried seems to include equalling different grades of turning the actual stick for different keystrokes. As far as I have seen it is just "move stick forward = [key]" , "move stick towards you = [key]." etc What I need is "move stick a bit forward = [key]", "move the stick even more forward = [another keypress]", "more forward" = [another keypress]" and so on. So as to use the joysticks ability for sensing different grades of tilt of the stick for different actions, as they are designed for. Will also require the joy to = keystrokes on the way back to center position again. As in say we are now in an already forward stick position, "move the stick a tad backwards towards middle again= [key]" "a bit more = [key]" and so on. The needed keys and joy positions are pretty simple. Moving the joystick a bit forward = [Arrow up tap]. A bit more forward [new Arrow up tap]. And so on till the joy is max forward. Then backwards towards the middle = [arrow down tap] and so on, and then when the stick is in center position again there will have always been an equall number up and down arrows. Is this doable? Easy-job or time-consuming? For all I know this kind of program exists, I just haven't found it. Maybe there is some open source prog someone could ad this (small?) feature to, idk. Looking forward to hear your opinion.
