Script to update metadata in Google Drive API

Hello developers, I have quite a simple task, but need someone who knows well the Google Drive API. I want to update the capabilities of the file metadata to be able to control what they do. For example, change the condition canAddChildren to FALSE, using the Update method described in the documentation. Ideally you'd write the code in Python.
