Simple patient database in JAVA

Create console application with patient database. Each patient has an ID, name, surname, date of birth, daily dosage of medication. Patient is put into one of three groups (medication A, medication B, medication B + C), group cannot be changed. Operations are following: 1) add a patient (you enter name, surname, date of birth, daily dosage of medication A / B / B + C), ID is generated as number of the patient 2) change daily dosage of medication of specific patient (by ID) 3) delete patient from database 4) list individual patient by ID - show ID, name, surname, date of birth, daily dosage of medication. 5) list patients by group, each group sorted by surname - show ID, name, surname, date of birth, daily dosage of medication. 6) save databse to file 7) load database from file 8) exit program
