Walmart.com Add Product Feed API using MS Access 2013

I need you to develop the framework for an [login to view URL] API product feed to list and update products on Walmart.com. The code must be written ENTIRELY IN MS ACCESS VBA. You will create a module in an MS Access Database "WalmartAPI" and a form with a button to execute the code. You will create a v3 List New Product Feed (POST) and then after the feed posts, you must be able to get the status of the feed (GET) and get the item status within the feed (GET). Once you send me the framework code, we will import into our MS Access database and adjust the variables to match our current product field variables (name, #, weight, dimensions, description, price, etc.) You must have experience doing this.
