I’m looking for an expert programmer who is familiar with Windows Media Encoder 9, Windows 7 operating system and Windows 10 operating system. I have a very unique project assignment; more specifically, I have a presentation software that operates at 100% compatibility on Windows 7 and only 90% within Windows 10. It’s called Sanction 2.9 Litigation Software. The software has a feature to export video clips I’ve created to WMV files in Windows 7 and yet has an error upon export with Windows 10. I would appreciate any referral to programmer or AV technician with expertise in Windows Media Encoder 9. I will provide additional information and software to the programmer/tech if said agent is available. Thank you in advance.
