Read UDP Packets using LZO Library

The utility need to read UDP packets from a specific port and redistribute it to subscribing client machines in real time. ITs for stock market data broadcast. Exchange data for more than 100K scrips will be coming to one server. This need to be broadcasted to multiple client machines as hey request 10-20 scrips at a time.
