Need and expert in MPlus!!! I am testing measurement invariance in MPlus using traditional CFA across 2 groups. Results were not great so now I need to progress with ESEM. This should be rather easy for an expert and I will be looking to hire more in the future. I have completed the CFA so the ESEM should not take very long, mainly I need some adjustments with the inputs. For an expert this should take MAX 2 hours. You MUST have access to the most updated version of Mplus.
