Task: Create a dynamic hyperlink in a URL field. Description: When opening a new lead in CRM you must read the Mobile/Phone number from the leads table, assigned user extension number from users table and then to create a link in URL field (Click to call). The link should contain user extension, destination number (lead phone) as dynamic values. Rest values are the same for all leads. Example link: http://mycrm.com/call.api.php/ttcm-extension=999&dest=004425658645&access-key=11111111111 Red color: dynamic values. Task will be done via TeamViewer on Develop server and then to Live Server. At this time I can assist you for any help you need.
