Hi,
I have worked as an international lawyer for many years. My main areas of expertise is helping businesses to organise themselves internationally (where to incorporate and business structure). Important aspects here are regulations and tax.
I have worked a lot with Norwegian tax laws and also tax internationally. Sweden has approx. the same tax structure as Norway. The laws in Scandinavia is quite similar, as is the languages. But of course I will need to check with the my Swedish contacts or Swedish authorities if necessary.
International employment laws may also be relevant in this case. One thing is where you incorporate another is were people work. This is actually a structural problem within the EU; on one side the free movement of people (working) and on the other side the free movement of corporate of services (including people). So you can send people from Portugal to Sweden working for a Portuguese company in Sweden on Portuguese salaries and terms instead of employing them in Sweden. Now, of course there are limits to this practice, but it is doable.
