Need CentOS Admin for RDNS/DKIM/SPF/SENDERID/DOMAINKEYS etc

I need a system administrator with prior experience configuring and deploying, as well as maintaining high volume email marketing servers. My servers are running CentOS 5 and at the moment, I need the following configuration to be completed: DNS rDNS Postfix installed, configured so that each IP address is essentially its own instance of Postfix DomainKeys/SenderID/DKIM SPF I have a very clear picture of how I would like to have everything setup and configured, but I would definitely be interested in hearing any suggestions that you may have to help the system run better. Please don't bid unless you are VERY VERY experienced and knowledgeable with CentOS, SMTP, Postfix, high volume email marketing etc. Thank you!
