121999 MySQL Fix (Install?) - NOW

Ok. This is a repost of an old project more clear and things have changed since my last post. All I need in the MySQL on my server fixed. You MUST be able to do it by directing ME what to run in shell though IM. NO SERVER ACCCESS. The problem is that MySQL appears to be installed (correctly?) -- the version is 4.1.20-1.RHEL4.1 on Red Hat Enterprise 4. But, there is no mysqld program anywhere, so??? I cannot start the server and finish setup. You MUST be able to advise me RIGHT NOW through IM how to get this completed. This should take less than 1 hour for any experienced admin. I will pay in full after the project is complete. You can look at my feedback and see that I am a reliable webmaster. You must start now, work through IM, and know what to do. Thanks! If it works out, the company I am doing this for needs an admin they can count on for future projects! Thanks
