Cipherlab 8630 Mobile Computer Real Time Online Database Scanning

I have the following issue which I need technical assistance from a Tech Person ASAP. Our company has several Cipherlab mobile computers Model Number 8630. We want to configure the same for our company's database which is located online. We want to use the mobile computer scanner 8630 for ticket control. Our website data is online. We want that when we scan a ticket Barcode/QRCode it goes to an online URL (website link/page) provided by us and give a response back. We will show this response on the screen. We can use Wi-Fi for connecting to the internet. These models have wifi network available. Please BID if you have experience in setting up the CipherLab Mobile Computers QR/BAR code Scanners.
