Help Me get my VM connected to local network

We have a server and on it we have VM running on VMware Workstation Pro 14. I have set bridging mode and all I can try but I cant get it to connect to local network. If I give static ip it connects to internet but cant be accessed in local network. I have a sql program which needs to run off this vm so need this vm to be accessible to all pc on network.
