I am an experienced Customer Service Representative helping customers via chat, email, and call. I also worked as a Quality Analyst for most of my time in the BPO industry. I as well worked as a Bank Officer in an international bank.
For almost 3 years of working from home, I have experienced being a virtual assistant in a Dental office for a short time and a cold caller in a Logistics company.
I am currently working in a Canadian privacy company as a proctor and also handling customer concerns using Zendesk.
Aside from the skills stated above, I am competent in analyzing internal and external reports and data, and doing admin tasks using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to presenting my gathered insights and completed reports to clients.
